Jenny started as an Outside Business Developer at Express Employment Professionals in Cedar Rapids in 2015, she quickly excelled and achieved the impressive milestone of being a Top 50 sales rep for two consecutive years. This achievement speaks to her exceptional skills in sales and client relations.

In January 2021, Jenny made the move to Specialized Recruiting Group, where she assumed the position of Professional Recruiter. Here, she was able to focus on helping companies find the right talent while also assisting individuals in finding fulfilling job opportunities.

Chloe started with Express Employment Professionals in 2019, serving as the Outside Business Developer in the Iowa City office. During her time as an Outside Business Developer, Chloe was able to grow the Iowa City's book of business and was recognized as a high achiever through Express HQ's Fast Track Program. After a year, she pursued another opportunity in the construction industry. Chloe returned to the Specialized Recruiting Group in October of 2021. Most of her efforts are focused in the Accounting and Finance industries, but she is open to any challenge that is presented.

Chloe is motivated by connecting great companies with great talent. She prides herself on building relationships with clients and professionals in her community.

Melissa joined Specialized Recruiting Group in July 2022 with a background in sales, staffing, management in retail, and business ownership.

After leaving the sales world for 10 years to run her own business, Melissa is excited to break back into the field utilizing her excellent communication skills and strong history of management. She is looking forward to building relationships with prospective clients, and has a passion for negotiating & networking.

Melissa is a Stage 4 Breast Cancer survivor! She is a mother of three that enjoys going camping & kayaking, as well as live music and outdoor concerts with family and friends.

Graham is new to Specialized Recruiting Group. Coming to the team with four years of staffing industry experience and twelve years of experience in sales overall. The best compliment he can receive from customers and clients, is when he is told “you’re not a typical sales guy.” Graham believes in a consultative approach when it comes to sales. Collaborating with a customer to figure out if he can provide the solution to their needs. He would rather “hustle the pavement” to find someone who can benefit from his services, rather than “hustle the customer.”

Graham also has experience in training and management. Teaching individuals the best sales process and practices, from the ground up. While also teaching those individuals how to teach others. He believes duplication and replication of one’s skills is a true indicator of value for a company.

With a career traversing management, recruiting, design and consulting, Carter has spent the better part of 15 years providing creative services for multiple businesses and non-profits both domestically and internationally.

Carter joined the SRG team as Managing Director in 2022. With a passion for people and performance, he is driven by the desire to optimize existing organizations by providing the best possible quality in workforce solutions.
